2. Ensure your copy of the program is "up to date":
    
   • Select "Live Update" in Express Assist
   • Click the "In-Touch" button to see what has been updated or changed recently
   • Click "Live Update" to get the current version of the software

4. Do a Search in the AJSystems Knowledge Base (KB)
