Update Jan 23, 2012 -- [ver 10.1.5]
- A modification was made correct an issue with the "View or Restore Selected Messages" function when the subject line of email messages included unprintable characters.
Update Oct 30, 2011 -- [ver 10.1.4]
- A modification was made to improve the backup when running Windows Vista using Windows Mail.
Update May 3, 2011 -- [ver 10.1.2]
- When doing a backup of Windows Live Mail, it was not possible to easily cancel the backup in the event that Windows Live Mail was running when the backup started. This has been fixed.
Update Feb 13, 2011 -- [ver 10.1.1]
- In rare cases, EA10 was not able to locate the current Contacts data base for Windows Live Mail. This has been corrected.
Update Feb 9, 2011 -- [ver 10.1.0]
- EA10 has been updated to cure a problem with the backup and restore of Outlook Express Identity specific information when the Identity name includes unicode characters.
- When doing a restore of all message folders for import, the folder to be used for the import was not shown in the restore log. This has been fixed.
- When restoring Windows Mail or Windows Live Mail message file for import into Outlook Express, the ".fol" files are no longer restored to avoid confusion.

- EA10 has been updated to improve reliability when working with very large Backup files.
- In some cases, a warning regarding the restore of Contacts would appear on every restore even though the "do not show again" option had been chosen. This has been fixed.
Update Oct 27, 2010 -- [ver 10.0.8]
- The program has been updated to work with the 2011 release of Windows Live Mail.
Note: The Contacts from prior versions of WLM are not usable with the 2011 release. You must install this update to backup the Contacts in Windows Live Mail 2011.
Update Aug 4, 2010 -- [ver 10.0.7]
- The Options settings has been improved for use by keyboard only (i.e. without a mouse).
- The Firefox backup module was updated to include more data specific to Firefox 3.5 and up
- Under rare conditions, an erroneous error message would be issued while creating a custom backup group. This has been fixed.
- A few minor cosmetic changes were made to improve usability.
Update Apr 9, 2010 -- [ver 10.0.6]
- A modification was made to improve the "View or Restore Selected Messages" function when restoring between Windows Live Mail and Outlook Express.
- It is now possible to cancel the backup when the preferred backup drive is not available (rather than selecting a new folder).
- If the restore was started from a double click on a backup file - it was not possible to browse to open a different backup. This has been corrected.
- In rare cases, an "access violation" would occur while modifying the "job" parameters"". This has been corrected.
Update Feb 18, 2010 -- [ver 10.0.5]
- In rare cases, EA10 would lock up while saving Windows Live Mail on Windows 7 machines. This has been corrected.
- On XP systems only, the save of "My Documents" would also include "My Videos" (contrary to the documentation). This has been corrected.
Update Feb 3, 2010 -- [ver 10.0.4]
- In rare cases, the "View or Restore Selected Messages" function would fail to restore a message that had been selected for restore. This only occured with Outlook Express messages - not with Windows Mail or Windows Live Mail messages. The problem has been corrected.

- In rare cases, Windows Live Mail would not be detected on a Windows 7 machine. This has been corrected.

- In rare cases, a backup of "My Documents", on XP systems only, would result in fewer items saved than expected. This has been corrected.

- Additional information has been added to the Knowledge Base to assist with the save and restore of Contacts.
- The EA10 Help file has been updated.
- Additional error checks were added for the restore of some items on Windows 7.
