Download Express Assist 9
You may download and install Express Assist
for evaluation purposes. The download is not limited in any way but it will cease to
operate 15 days after the first use. When a license for the software is purchased, you will
receive a product license key which will remove the 15 day evaluation time limit.
Note: when you purchase the license for Express Assist,
all of your settings, etc from the evaluation will be preserved.
Download and install as follows:
- Click the button at the right to download the setup program [ea9setup.exe] [The current download is version 9.7.0]
- When you see the message "Would you like to open the file or save it...", choose "Save".
- Choose a location on your system to save the downloaded file (e.g. "My Documents" or "My Downloads"). Remember where you chose to save it!
- Useful Hint: If you use IE, remove the check from "Close this dialog box when download completes".
- When the download is complete, 'Open' the folder (in Windows Explorer) where you saved the download.
- Double click on the file named ea9setup to install Express Assist 9
Compatibility Notes
- Express Assist 9 operates on Windows Vista™ Windows XP™, Windows 2003, Windows 98/ME, and Windows 2000.
- Works with Outlook Express - versions 5 and 6 on Windows versions prior to Windows Vista.
- Works with Windows Mail on Windows Vista.
- Works with Windows Live Mail on Windows Vista and Windows XP.
Notes to users of Express Assist 5, 6, 7 or 8:
- If you have a license for any prior version of Express Assist (e.g., 5, 6, 7 or 8), you may purchase an upgrade to Express Assist 9 [EA9]) at a discount.
- EA9 will read and restore the EA 5/6/7/8 backup files (see next note regarding OE4).
- EA9 does not support Outlook Express 4. If you still use Outlook Express 4, you must upgrade Outlook Express before using Express Assist.
- EA9 is completely separate from EA 5/6/7/8. You may install EA9 without removing EA 5/6/7/8. Then, after you are happy with EA9, you may uninstall EA 5/6/7/8.
